Through structured movement techniques that turn into dance expressive actions, you learn to perceive what happens in your body and to give them space.
It ‘a gradual intensity exercise during which, with the aid of music, they explore the possibilities and the needs of our body, while moving in space and in relation to the group.
The work includes the activation of the various parts of the body in dynamic reading expansion, extension, tone and stretch.
The goal is to bring flexibility in the body, alignment and mobilization of joints with particular attention to the spine, muscle tone, as well as developing focus and body awareness.
